Maximum recipients per mail

    Good afternoon,

    Our e-mail addresses are hosted by Blacknight, and after a recent change (website swapover) my max recipients per mail has shrunk to 10 on some addresses and 20 on others.

    This makes it tricky for me in sending out our weekly marketing mailshots.


    Is there any way to manually increase the max recipietns per mail setting?

    If you're sending out bulk email for marketing you'd be better off looking at something like MailChimp or similar, as it can handle bounces, unsubscribes etc.,
