    There was one left on the shelf in Tesco Mahon Cork. Great I said and it was even better when it scanned at €10 :D

    Picked one up this morning in Tesco Ballybeg for 10 euro. They had about 4 left.

    They had a few "Magicbox Parabola" Dab/fm radions for €10 in Mahon this morning for anyone interested.

    Just got the last one in Clonmel, oriced €14 but onlt €10 at the till.

    Got home but guess what no DAB stations available in my area :(

    Sure you tuned it in right? Mine said that until I went through the manual and did a full scan properly.

    Even if you can't get any DAB stations it still works very well as an FM radio.

    It's pathetic that RTE never put a DAB transmitter on Mount Leinster.

    But have a look at this if you are in the South East area.

    Absolutely ludicrous. And the South East is also not covered by 4FM. Most peculiar.

    Got one of the Philips ones in Paul Street today. There was one left on the shelf after mine. It was marked €14, but scanned at €10.

    There was a yellow tag for this on the shelf but no stock left.

    I imagine these will only be useful as FM receivers when DAB+ comes on-line which is probably the reason they are being sold off. That being said, for €10 it's a handy size.

    Apparently they eat through batteries. I got one in Lucan last night there was one pure for 14, and teknika portable little un for 7. That only takes two triple As.
