    Hey guys!
    So I passed my theory test yesterday(got 39/40 :D ).
I'm just wondering what do I have to do now exactly?
Do I have to bring my cert to a tax office or post it and if so, what do I need to send off with it?
Also, how long will it take for me to get my learners permit?

    Cheers everyone!

    • Bring the Theory Cert with you,
    • passport or A birth certificate (ID)
    • Passport Photos,Two passport-type photographs (signed on back)
    • Eyesight report eyesight D502 form (go to any eye optician to get it, think its 20 euro, they might have the form as well, got mine from the Garda station)
    • A completed application form ( D201,PDF), which can also be obtained from your local Motor tax office.( or Garda station )
    • the Licence Fee. (€35)

Yes you can post it, that's what I did. I sent in a cheque for the fee. Per page 7 (note 9) of the application form, they accept cheque, bank draft & postal order.
