Car failed front axel suspension test with an imbalance of 47%, anything above 30% is a fail so two new shocks put on and it passed but the current imbalance with the new shocks is 22%

    Would this seem normal enough?

The rear axel imbalance is only 5% with the original 8yr old shocks, anti roll bar bush's & front drop links are also newish, thought the imbalance would be a lot less, less than 10% anyway

They should be near enough the same imbalance, check your tyre pressures
