I'm in Skerries and there doesn't seem to be a chipper near the beach or harbour.

Where is the nearest or best one?

    cheers

On strand street just up from the harbour beside the monument

Depends on what part of the beach you are on. Macari's, as RF rightly says, would suit if you are at the harbour/Red Island end. The Central (by the RC church & the better of the two imo) would be closer for other parts of the South Strand.

    I can't go to Skerries without visiting Macari's :)

Macari's for chips, Central for burgers. That's my rule. :)
