k-1 seminar sat 15th june in Dublin

    With the rise in K-1 fighting in Ireland, I am running a K-1 seminar this Saturday in Chupasart Gym, with one of the top k-1 fighters from the UK - Ric Barnhill

    Some info on Ric and what the seminar will include, in no particular order.

    Ric Barnhill
    World limited clinch (k1 rules) light middleweight champion.
    Enfusion reality tv world tournament 3rd place.
    European limited clinch (k1 rules) super welterweight champion.
    2 x British muay thai champion.
    IKF world and kombat league world title challenger.
    34fights, 26 of them internationals, 21 of them abroad.

    Fought on promotions k1,showtime,klash battlefields,contender Asia,Enfusion,Italian Extream,and UK promotions rubble at the reebok,main event,legends.
    Fought in UK,Thailand,holland,sweden,belgium,denmark,Italy,Portugal,Spain,germany.

    Have fought good k1 names such as-
    Giorgio patroysian,gago drago,sahin Yakut,Peter nylund,jose reise,goran elecsik,bastatie,nigmbi,mojaid,etc.

    And UK fighters craig jose,kerrith bhela,Rab burt,Jay woodham.
    16 years in the sport.had my own gym 3.5years and now trained 1xjunior world champ,1 British champ,1 Celtic champ,2 English champs,3 national champs,3 area champs.

    The seminar will be at 11am in the Chupasart Gym, Saturday 15th June, Unit C4 Ballymount Drive, Ballymount Industrial estate.

    Bring shins pads gloves etc

    Cost... only €10 per person
