Restart both laptop and router

Try disconnect and reconnect, or disable and re-enable

Try removing connection profile, where it remembers password for the connection

Can you ping the router

What does
ipconfig /all
in a command prompt give

Can you ping any site either by name or IP

Are there any other devices that connect OK?
