Dentist that uses Ozone therapy

    Hi,

    Does anyone know a dentist in Galway that uses the healozone, have a toddler who is suffering from a large cavity and dentists refuse to do a filling as he is non cooperative. Thanks for any advice.

    your GP can prescribe something that your child can take under their supervision which would make it safe and easy to get the treatment done.
    or you could go to a paediatric specialist, but that would be considerably more expensive.

    Ozone therapy has been pretty much disproven as a total waste of time, it was a fad there for a while but nobody uses it anymore cause it simply doesnt work. Apart from that ballsy's advice is solid.

    Nitrous oxide gas, oral sedatives (with caution), IV sedation (with caution) etc. Assuming that the dentist is comfortable with that. Some dentist are terrific with kids and can get cooperation with no more than some banter.

    Your GP would not prescribe any of those things, your qualified GDP might.
