Gas Fired Central Heating 2 bed house

    Hi,

Any ideas on cost of gas fired central heating system in 2 bedroom mid-terrace house (very old corporation build)
    approximately 60 sq metres....

... assuming we have access to the Bord Gais network and only have to pay the €250 installation fee.

We would require a maximum of 2 radiators in bedrooms, 1 in living area ... a new boiler and whatever else is required.

Currently our (very old) boiler has been on the blink for some time and we have been using the gas bottles for heating and an electric power shower.

BTW, this boiler is located in the main bedroom.

This room is so old-fashioned that it has the remnants of a on old shower unit [used as extra clothes storage space] and also housed a wash-hand basin at one point.

    Now, the house contains:

Entrance hall, kitchen, living room, big and small bedroom, landing, bathroom (which is on the ground floor as an extension)

    Thanks in advance,
    Olive

Very hard to say without seeing it. New cylinder, zoning, supplies.....
Too many to determine accurately remotely.

I would also look at an alternative location for the boiler. For obvious safety reasons, I hate boilers in bedrooms.
