Tesco Impact Garden Shredder problem

    Hi All,
    I have Tesco garden shredder for years and I was using it last week when it blew the fuse.
    I replaced the fuse 13amp but it starts for 1 sec and then blows the new fuse.
    There is no blockage and I even took out the bar which is the safety device so that the cover must be tightened fully and put it in the slot without the cover on just in case there was a "slot in" problem.
    I also reset the overheat button.
    I reckon the motor is gone, what do ye think?

    Hi,

    The capacitor has blown in it.
    Must check a replacement out, any ideas?
    Farnell? Radionics?
