Cost of renovating 3 bedroom house

    Hi all,
    We have looked at the following house:

    We are happy with the layout. Would look to put in a new Kitchen, Bathroom and re-plaster walls and ceilings. Any idea of approximate cost to do this?

    Who would be best placed to answer this, a structural engineer, architect or builder?

    Any help appreciated.

    Hi, I have the same job to do here, even to replastering the walls internally, which is unusual. They are of such a rough finish that a total replastering would be necessary.
