Where to get a cheap graphics card?

I'm soon building my own gaming computer but I want to know where I can find my own cheap graphics card. I'm look at about 1GB as the size.

What's your budget? Have you ordered the pc yet? You should post in the building and upgrading forum if you want advice on what pc parts to get.
