hi. Just a quick question. I am thinking of buying my brothers car. It is just lying idle at the moment with no tax or insurance. Is it possible to put it through the NCT while it is not taxed or insured? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

Car is not required to be taxed, or insured to be put through an NCT. Gettin it there legally is another question, but not one they will ask.
