    Hi, anybody. in Sligo Town have efibre installed yet?
    If so, what part of town and what is your opinion of it?

    Had it installed this morning. It is all they said it would be. Upload quick as lightening, Sending pictures mighty quick. I am 2 houses away from eircom station in Heather view, getting 70mb.

    from reading other posts it seems if you're more than 1km. from cabinet
    Eircom won't give you efibre.;)

    Thanks!I'm with eircom at the minute and its s**t!...Tried upgrading to 3mb and the line couldn't support it.Getting ripped off too as I'm going over the allowance.May aswel have dial-up!

    New VDSL cabinet installed at junction of inner relief road and Lord Edward street. May be live, may not, I don't know.

    It's at the Happy Eater side of the junction.
