Hi, anyone know anything about North Sea Lubricants? A quick google tells me they are a Dutch co. My local Maxol garage has 10-40 semi at a good price. Thanks for any info.

If the specs on the bottle meet the specs of your car there shouldn't be anything to worry about.

It is part of a bigger company, can't remember the name now. Imported by PR Reily in Kilbarrack, see www.team.ie for more info on them. The main brand is also sold by them. I should remember the name, used to work for them..

Garages are generally not the cheapest place to buy oil. I wouldn't pay more than 25 quid for 5 litres. It's cheap oil. My friend got 5L of 5w30 fully synthetic for around 35
