Strange coding upon opening browser

Hi guys first post here goes.... Every time I open my Google chrome browser there is some form of coding below the address bar, only started recently and have no idea how it got there. I'll attach a link below of a screenshot, if anyone has any idea how to remove it give me a shout! Cheers for any help thanks, Sarah
