Corsa leaking in water

Have a corsa and it is letting water in somewhere and the boot gets filled up if you forget to empty it

Checked to see was it common thing with them and it seems it is, below is what is says on Honest John about it

"Can suffer water ingress through bulkhead because the brake master cylinder is bolted to a plate which is bonded to the bulkhead. This bonding fails, allowing water into the car."

So where do I look for this plate exactly so I can seal it up again?

    Cheers

Should also say that its the rear footwells and the boot were the water is gathering...
