No signal from freesat box

Totally doesn't belong here, but there might be someone who came across the same issue. I was watching away my Humax freesat box, and opened my mail to find a Harmony 300. So I've installed and set it up, and the first thing I tried was going from my freesat to my htpc (by changing the source from HDMI 1 to HDMI 2). Worked great, but when I went to go back to HDMI, freesat is gone. Note that there's no "No Signal" message (a google search for this sort of problem brought that up) just no picture. The channels are still all there on the box, I can change them, and I can see it's recording something, but I just can't get a picture.

Note that I didn't go back immediately from the HTPC to the freesat, so chances are pretty good I pressed something on the remote that caused to do a little flip. Anything I can try?

PS I've tried different HDMI slots, including swapping the HTPC one (which is still working) and other cables too, to no avail.

Update: Hmm, I tried turning off my freesat, then going to the HDMI source on my tv and turning back on the box. And it worked. I don't think I've ever been on the HDMI source before when doing this, but I can't be sure. Weird.
