Hi I've done a lot of research on this matter and I'm hoping it'll be possible for my husband to adopt my two daughters from a previous relationship. Anyway what I'm keen to know is this guy is mentally unstable and in and out of physiatric wards. I'm wondering will he be in a fit state to either consent or not consent, does anyone now if this is an issue or would it work in my favour ? Any advice would be great.
