Good morrow gentle denizens of AH.

I love this country dearly, and as such am verily vigilant when it comes to observing people's of the foreign land. Tonight I have happened upon two hat-wearing gents in the very premises that I myself am frequenting. They appear to be passing some kind of secret correspondence between themselves, and no doubt nefarious in nature, and as luck would have it, I, through my cunning, and handsomness, have managed to encapsulate it by means of intelligent telephony.
Good chaps and little women, I require your assistance in thwarting this threat to our nation. While I of course speak fluent French I am exceedingly drunk. Therefore I leave in your capable hands. . . What does this mean?

OK, I will use my Leaving Cert French to translate to English.

    Where is the library?
A room with two single beds please.
My favourite sports are basketball and football.
I have two brothers and one sister.
    Here is my passport.

OK, I will use my Leaving Cert French to translate to English.

"Ce fleau est plus repandu que jamais" - This scourge is more widespread than ever. Useful when discussing racism, rioting, drug abuse, and bindweed in your leaving cert.

    On topic -
First sentence "I stay a bit puzzled"
in the parentheses it says "the little bald one and the other".
Need to sober up and take a less wobbly pic, can't quite make out the rest :P

The girl is wearing a frock.
The cat is sitting on the chair.
The table is near the window.
Where is the bureau de change?

    Old school French ;-)

I will not buy this record, it is scratched.
Ah! I will not buy this tobacconist's, it is scratched.
Yes, cigarettes. My hovercraft is full of eels.
Er, do you want ... do you want to come back to my place, bouncy bouncy?
If I said you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me? I am no longer infected.
    You have beautiful thighs.
Drop your panties, Sir William, I cannot wait till lunchtime.
    My nipples explode with delight.

Fluent French here, difficult to read parts but it essentially translates to,

    "The tigers have been unleashed.
They will travel the balloon route.
If they are hungry they feed them green tea.
Release the power and the people will drown."

Not sure exactly what that means, but I suspect the French have placed sleeper cells throughout the country unbeknownst to us and are planning a large-scale surrender.

I'm still confused. We're going to do it simply. Something illegible. The bald guy and the other fella.

    Pull yourself together man.

It is starting to sound a little suspicious when you put it like that. Hmmmmmm. Oui.

    1. Je reste assez perplexe - I remain quite perplexed
    2. On va le/la faire simple - One is going to do it simply. ( Faire.....or Dire - Do or say - so it may be 'One will say it simply')
    3. Jeune (?) et (?) - Young (something) and (something) (least legible line - may be wrong) (young Greek and Roma ????)
    3. Le petit chauve et l'autre - Little bald guy and the other
    4. Service apres vente - After sales service

Ok, there have been a few good attempts at translations and we're still none the wise. Assuming you are now a bit more sober Strobe, care to elaborate on this intriguing tale of suspected espionage? :D
