Soil Stack / Soil Pipe replacement

    Hey Guys,
    I'm looking at getting a new toilet put in.
    I need to replace the soil stack or soil pipe.
    How much should i expect this job to cost in total if i get a plumber to do it?

    Its external and it will be fine to cut it off at the ground and connect the old one.
    The toilet is upstairs.
