Has anyone bought a computer from Oxfam bookshop in Ennis? They seem like a good deal

I know its charity, but you can pick up new hp compaq laptops with 2gb ram for around €300 in tesco from time to time, we have 3 of them in our family and they're grand.

    They seem a bit pricey

ex-Industry laptops wouldn't be all that well specced by the time they'd get to you. Bit of a false ecconomy. They might be grand now but two years down the line when Windows 9 comes out, or whatever, you could be in trouble.
