"You can use either (a) the 365 Phone or (b) the 365 Online service only to give us Notice to withdraw money from the Account."

I can find no where online in which to give my 30 day notice, is it even possible or must you phone in?

    Hi guineylab.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

To give notice on a 365 deposit account, you will need to contact Banking365 on 0818 365 365 / 003531 4044000. Alternatively it is also possible to make your request using the Secure Messaging facility on 365Online.
Notice of these withdrawals require 30 days notice (excluding Bank Holidays). Notice will commence on the next working day and the funds will be transferred to your current account at the close of business on day 30 and will be available to withdraw on day 31.
Please note, the turn around time for secure messages to be actioned is currently 3 working days. If you choose to serve notice this way, the 30 days will start from the date of the reply to your message.

Hope this helps. If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know.
    Laura
