raise handlebars?

    Im getting alot of discomfort while cycling anything over 20km my arms and back mainly and sometimes my neck now i think my saddle is the right height because when i sit on the bike i can extend my legs on the peddle with maybe a slight bend at the knee so i think thats ok im now just wondering should i maybe raise my handlebars abit would that solve it anyone have any ideas thanks

    There should be more than just a slight bend of the leg. This is with the ball of your foot on the pedals.

    The lowering of the handlebar will not effectively shorten your stretch either, a shorter stem will. Sounds like a bike fit is needed

    I cant lower them anymore im thinking of raising them a bit

    When you say flip the stem is that just change the angle of it?

    It was a stop gap for me initially, ended up with a shorter stem in the end.
