if credit card damaged (still working but worn/tattered) and I contact bank for replacement will the existing card be cancelled or can still be used until new card arrives?
is there a charge for replacement?

    Hi tazman77.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

It is only when a credit card is cancelled as lost or stolen that the card becomes invalid. Replacement credit card requests will not cancel existing cards and will continue to operate until destroyed.
We would always recommend that when a replacement card is received, the old card is destroyed immediately.
There is no charge when requesting a replacement credit card on your account.

Hope this helps. If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know.
    Laura
