    Just wondering is it legal to shoot crows,magpies over freshly cut silage sorry if its been asked before. Thanks

    Crows can damage the plastic wrap on baled silage so the answer would be yes under the derogation.

    I believe all birds are protected under EU regulation. However, they may be culled if causing damage.

    If you want to be safe, document damage first.
