TSB and transferring funds to Canada

Just wondering can people advise me on how I can transfer funds from my Permanent TSB account to my Canadian bank account with RBC please? On open 24 it gives the options for transferring to alternative accounts but Canada isn't one of the options from the drop down menu. Any help much appreciated
