    hey folks.newby question.had a week off work.done 350kms total on da bike over the week.out every day.a lot for me.back 2 work 2 moro.should i head back out after work 2 moro or do i need to rest?maybe one day?dont feel bad or anything.what do you experienced lads normally do on rest front ect or are you out all da time.worried i might break meself.advise plz thanks

    Doesnt matter what any experienced guys think listen to your body.
    If it says 'rest' then rest.


    Having said that my lowly opinion is have a rest.

    350km is a huge amount of mileage for some people and a slow week (or even a long-day) for others. It's impossible to say whether or not you're worn out and in need of a rest after that without actually being you.
