What group set would be on this Cannondale?

yo be honest not much of a bargain. first thing that would worry me is possible structural damage to the chainstay in the photo below.
if you look at the cannondale logo you can see some deformation to the logo.
even without the possible damage close to 1200 for a well used 3 year old bike with other signs of use is a bit steep.
Photos do not make it clear to determine the finishing kit other than aksium wheels and fsa chainset none of which are top of the range meaning that the groupset is unlikely to be dura ace.
