When I try to book theory test online, I'm asked the following question:
    Eligibility Information

Before proceeding, please provide the following information.
Are you preapproved for extended time for the exam(s) you wish to schedule?

    Yes No

    What's it about?

Think its for people with special needs, ie will need assistance. Eg reading or language difficulties, etc.

    Allright.
So it's in relation to "extended time" needed during the test (f.e. instead of 30 minutes - one hour)...

    Makes sense then.
