Can anybody tell me what this gun would be worth in Ireland, and if it would be legal?

    http://www.airsplat.com/Items/ER-CYMA-CM023.htm

They retail for around 50 euro & shoot at 0.55 Joule. Perfectly legal, not ideal for skirmishing but great for plinking cans.

It is worth around 40 euro give or take, it is legal as it fires below the the 1 joule limit.

    Maxi got in before me.

But I'd have to get it chronograph-ed before I could sell one on here, right?

35 -55euro but no skirmishing airsofter would buy or use one. yes its legal but these are crap, cheap plastic, bad finish, small low capacity battery, seriously underpowered 200fps with 0.12g bb is 0.2 of a joule. The stated range is very optimistic. If your planning on skirmishing stay clear. The stated 35 euro price should tell you everything you need to know. Any half decent AEG will cost between 150-250 euro

Real guns are more my thing, and skirmishing is seriously frowned upon with those :). I don't airsoft, or ever have any intention of skirmishing, or shooting it. I just have one of these that I'd was considering selling rather than throwing away. I bought it because I was planning on building a sentry gun as a college project that didn't happen, so I needed a light gun that could be easily turned by a servo motor.

There are AEPs which are small weak electric pistols made by cyma aswell. Some retailers have them and they can be bought from european sites such as taiwangun if you can't find one here and don't want to pay VAT on it if importing from outside the EU.

They have adjustable hopups as well and would be better than that I'd say

Edit: misread the OP, disregard this.

Shoot a lot of real steel and also target shoot now in civilian circles and haven't come across this frowning upon you mention in fact there is a lot of cross over between the sports and I don't see why someone who " dosen't airsoft, or ever have any intention of skirmishing" might feel the need to come on to an airsoft fourm and post such a comment. :), Maybe its just the guys you shoot with that "frown up" on skirmishing.
If I were you I'd put the Item up for sale for 45-50 quid with the link to the site as above and see if anyone is interested. I'd refrain from showing your contempt for the sport of airsoft that never helps with the sale of items. Hope this helps..

Will you at least read the post before you get up on your high horse. I said skirmishing is frowned upon with REAL guns, and added the smiley face just in case anybody missed the joke, maybe I should have added 2 for you?:):)(get it now?)
The reason I said I have no intention of skirmishing or airsofting with the gun is because you advised me that the gun isn't very good for either, all I was saying is, that's not a problem because I don't ever intend to use it for that, because it's not what I bought it for.

My mistake. From "Real guns are more my thing, and skirmishing is seriously frowned upon with those smile.png" I picked it up that skirmishing (as in airsoft) was frowned upon in your real steel circles. So you have my apologies now that what you ment was "skirmishing is frowned upon with REAL guns"
