Just in case anybody's interested you can now make lump sum payments to your BOI mortgage account via 365 online. You couldn't do this up to recently.

    Instructions:

    1. On the 365 online home page click ‘Add payee’ (alternatively you can go through the ‘Money Transfer’ option)
    2. Under ‘Type of Payee’ select ‘Bill’
    3. Choose your preferred Security Code delivery option and click ‘Continue’
    4. Under ‘Bill name’ select ‘BOI Mortgage’ (or ‘ICS Mortgage’ if you’re an ICS customer), input the required information and click ‘Continue’
    5. Enter the requested digits from your 365 PIN and click ‘Add a Bill’, and your security code will be sent to you directly.
    6. When you receive your security code, select ‘Manage Accounts’ and your new mortgage account, the click ‘Activate Payee’ and enter your security code. Your Mortgage account is now activated and will be listed under your registered bills.
Note: your mortgage account number is the reference number. Also check if you are on a fixed rate mortgage that you don't attract penalties doing this.

Thank you for taking the time to post.

You are indeed correct, you can now make lump sum payments to your BOI mortgage account via 365 online. Prior to making any additional payments, please contact the Mortgage Advisor in your account holding branch or call the Customer Relationship Unit on 01 611 3333 where a representative will be happy to check if any penalties may be incurred.

Please see here for locations and contact details for all our branches.

    Thanks,
