My 7 year old sons front top incisor fell out over four weeks ago but there's no sign of the permanent replacement coming down yet. Any idea long this should take?

Should follow on a few weeks to months after, if in doubt you can get a dentist to X-ray him to ensure he has all the permanent teeth. Doesn't sound like anything to worry about at this stage.
