I am travelling alone and would like to finish my travels off with a bang!

Where is the best nightlife for nightclubs/pubcrawls, Brussels or Gdansk/Warsaw?

    Early 20's

    Late July time period.

I wouldn't bother with Warsaw myself, but Gdansk, or rather Sopot on the coast is hopping all summer.

Can't say I ever thought of Brussels as a party destination.

Wouldn't have any desire to go to Brussels, I'd choose Poland.

Some say Gdansk is a good tourist destination for old germans. There is nothing wrong with this city but personally I'd go to for clubbing/ to Sopot and look after accomodation in Gdynia. Those 3 cities are beside each other and uou can really notice when you cross a city boarder. Google map it. A local dart called SKM goes through all 3 cities and it will take you 15 minutes to take you from Gdynia to Sopot. Gdansk city centre is about 30 minutes from Sopot. Taxi at night time will cost you 12 euro from sopot to gdynia but ask for price before you enter taxi.

Why is it just these two places? Seems a bit random.

Gdansk is close to Sopot. Lovely places and great good value food.

Ah now it's clear. Had a good laugh in Gdansk/Sopot during the euros, lovely people.

I like Brussels myself but have really only been there for work so nightlife wasn't on the agenda so much but it is a big city and if you like belgian beers that would be a plus and you also have Bruges nearby for a day trip.

    Definitely Gydnia/Sopot

Amazing place, been there 6 times in the past 18 months, says it all :-)

    - Beautiful friendly women who actually like Irish guys for some strange reason! *
    - Cheap drink
    - Lovely beach in Sopot

Atelier and Spatif are great clubs that you should check out in Sopot.

    * Some tips for you smile, Polish guys rarely smile and the Polish girls love it.
Don't be afraid to dance on the stage and tables in Spatif, it is expected and while the guys do it less and try to play it cool, the girls love it when they see a nice foreigner doing it and having fun.

BTW don't get too drunk, turns the girls off in any country.
