HELP! Panasonic tv netflix app text input

Hi,

I've just discovered a really annoying thing on my recently purchased Panasonic Viera TX-L42E5B. In most of the 'internet' apps like youtube, facebook etc when I have a box to input text, I use the remote and it works fine entering letters etc. But, I just signed up to Netflix via my laptop and when I go to use my account on my TV, there is a field for 'existing members' to enter username and password - problem is, the input box only recognises numbers from the remote and not letters...Grrrr!

I'm trying to find something via google but no luck so far.

Anyone know of a way to fix this? I've a Windows phone so can't use the Andriod or Iphone apps as a way of remotely doing it.

In the member sign -in where it asks for your email ,password at the input stage a small grey window will appear at the bottom of the page above cancel is the tab "abc" or "!#$" scroll down and ok that to change from numbers to letters alternatively plug in your keyboard into one of the usb ports in the back of the tv and it should allow you to type .I use a wireless mini keyboard for my tv
