Order not processed yet I was charged?!

    I was browsing through the Bershka website today, and decided to buy a jumper I had been eyeing for a while. I entered my details, and everything was fine, until I got this error:

    "It was not possible to complete your purchase because the card is not registered as <strong>3D Secure</strong> with your bank.<br/> Please get in contact with your bank to activate the secure payment or try again with another card."

    I assumed that this meant my order had been cancelled but confused, I browsed around looking for solutions, and I came across a post somewhere that said I just had to refresh and try again. Hours later I made the STUPID mistake of trying again, and got the same error. I shrugged it off, no harm done surely... until i checked my visa account... I was charged for both jumpers :(

    I had to use my sisters email to register an account as supposedly my email was taken, and the visa is also in her name (yet the order is in mine), she has checked for emails or order confirmations, there's none so far usually I get them automatically when buying from other websites. The first order was placed at 9pm, the last order was placed a couple of minutes ago. I went to my account on the Bershka website, and checked under "Orders placed" it's empty!!

    What do I do? I've sent them two emails already, one through facebook and one through hotmail. I can only call them on Monday apparently, so is there anything I should know/do until then? Any fellow Bershka shoppers, how long does it take for you guys to recieve an email confirming your order, and how long does it take for your oder to show up on your order history?

    And please no sly or witty remarks i'm fully aware of my stupidity, ONLY helpful replies thanks!

    EDIT: A bit more info, the order was to be shipped to the store, so I coulp pick it up there, therefore it wont be available for 4-6 days. I don't wanna have to wait a whole week tog et this sorted. What I want is either my money back for one of the orders or both, or two jumpers and i'll return one... but right now it's not looking pretty.

    Din't use Berksha , but you may receive 2 items .

    But surely they will know from correspondence , that you only orderd one item.

    Since Berksha dont receipt your payment until after dispatch , it will probably be Monday before they activate payment .

    In the meantime , you best wait and ring on Monday

    Thanks a lot, i'll do that :) I think the screenshot I posted is proof enough that I at least payed for 2 items! I'll contact them on monday.

    Wouldn't be surprised if they are just authorisations and not actual charges. They'll probably drop off automatically in a few days.

    Yes I did :) took a few days but I did. It didn't actually tell me I got it back, not even in my transactions so keep an eye on the amount of money you have on your card so you know when you get a "refund".

    The same thing happened to me just waiting for them to reinverse me :-( I would have been better off going to the store..
