Eating out is a social thing. As can be serving and hosting. But it get's trown to the lions in the capitalisic system. The Americans pushed ahead with the tips thing for some extra subsity not the same here. So, we're left with restaurants trying to keep to tight margins having a knock-on effect on everyone involved.
