Hi, I'm just wondering, should I also book travel insurance, if I have a European health card? Or will that be enough? Thanks in advance for the advice! :)

Yes, if I were you, they are not the same thing.

The EHIC is supposed to guarantee you the same level of healthcare in a public hospital that the locals are entitled to but recent reports about Spain and cash-strapped hospitals demanding cash from tourists suggests that in certain situations it's completely worthless. It will probably get you decent treatment in the UK on account of the NHS but I would not be relying on it anywhere else.

It certainly is no substitute for travel insurance which with the right level of cover will get you treatment in a private clinic and potentially medical evacuation home, two things that the EHIC will not get you regardless of which country you're visiting.
