I'm looking for cheap clubs/classes/activities to do during the summer in the evenings. Any ideas?

Yeah, anything really. I was looking at spanish classes but they seem to be stopped until september. Then I was thinking maybe tennis? but that seems to be for children

Tennis isn't just for children! But it costs an absolute fortune to join the tennis club in Galway, and then they charge you to play on members nights! it's ridiculous!

There are now two groups running swing dancing in Galway, great craic and you meet people. Cheap, fun exercise.

    Swimming?

    Rollerderby?

    Capoerira?

Drumming? There's prob enough drum circles in Galway.. but still :)

I'm sure if you check out the noticeboards in the library youll find stuff?

Swing dancing is a good idea thanks! :) I've done it before but it slipped my mind. I heard there's some knitting group too?

Outdoor drinking is a cheap activity if the weather is good (not raining) and you have a few friends.
