As far as I know they are on the 2 satellites at 5 east. They are part of the Viasat package. I think only 1 channel would be receivable here ETV2, Kanal 2 and Kanal 11 (On the Europe beam) as the others are all on the Nordic beam, which means the satellite signal is extremely weak in this part of Europe.

    Oh welcome to boards martinb

Correct. This is the list of 8 Estonian language channels, two originating in Sweden. A 80 cm dish would probably be enough for the Europe beam but there is no chance of the Nordic beam.

Anyway it is probably not possible to subscribe to Viasat in Ireland and it is very expensive in any case. There appears to be only one Free to Air channel from Estonia but that is on Amos 4 West, not receivable in Ireland.

There must be paid IPTV subscription services for streaming those channels with an official box/boxes.
