Rights of a father

My cousin and his (now ex) partner planned to have a baby, and succeeded. She is now 6 months pregnant and randomly ended the relationship at a hospital appointment one day. She now says that he is not the father (even though she planned the pregnancy) and that she is moving to England with the baby and he will never see them again. She rings him everyday for a chat and they talk like a normal couple. When he asks her can they talk about him seeing the baby she changes. It's a really weird scenario. Does anyone know if there is anything he can do to stop her taking the baby?
