    Quick query ...

    Contract of employment for an employee given to a 3rd party without the employees consent / knowledge.

    And after that the 3rd party presents the contract of the 1st employee to a different employee without the consent of the 1st employee.

    Contract of employment obviously refers to salary, duties, etc of the 1st employee.

    Case for the DPC?

    I think it is but would hope somebody here could clarify with some expert opinion.
