mk2 MR2 headlights won't retract

hi lads/lassies my headlights on my g limited 1993 mr2 won't retract as of yesterday, i'm going to start with the retractor relay but not sure exactly where it is or how to test to see if its faulty can anyone tell me please?? and any other suggestions to what else may cause this are welcomed. regards goss
