Letter of no claims bonus. Will this do?

    I am changing from liberty to nononsense after getting my insurance from nononsense for half the crazy money that liberty was asking me for. No nonsense want a letter of no claims bonus. Will liberty automatically send that in the post? Do I have to request it from liberty?.. or will the policy letter from last year where my no claims bonus is listed do?
