Meteor tonight!!!!!!

Ok folks. At what time, and what direction should I be looking to spot this beaut.

I'm very amateur at this game, and will be aiming towards the square with 15x70 bino's on a tripod.

I'm based in South Dublin,

And it's an asteroid I believe. As I say I am new to all this. But enthusiast none the less.

The only downside is that the 15x70mm binoculars will not show so faint a moving object. The brightness of the asteroid will fade as it moves by Earth and even at closest approach the quoted magnitude does not take atmospheric extinction into account (where the lower in the sky a star is the more our atmosphere dims it somewhat).

I have a pair of 15x70mm binos though myself and they are pretty impressive instruments.
