    Some of you have read previous threads regarding the anti-social behaviour of a neighbour (illegal build, calling garda on me (for complaining to council NOT any interactive behaviour on my part), etc. I had to call the garda on her last night and they warned her about continuing to hassle me, but is there any legal, civil remedy for me to keep her away from me?

    They recommended keeping a log, taking photos, etc., which we are doing and whilst they were helpful, there seems nothing much they can do (we did record last night's incident and played for the responding garda, who then went to her and told her to leave me alone, etc) -- it's becoming increasing evident that she is using intimidating behaviour (parking to block us, moving our bins, blasting music, etc), but aside from what I have done (complain in writing to the council and to the owner of the property), is there any civil remedy?

    Many thanks (please note that she is also making up allegations against me and the garda have told her that they could prosecute her, but they won't tell me what she is alleging - growl - suffice to say that they were very sympathetic to me, particularly after we recorded her making statements about how she would get me - not threats against my person, but how the guards would believe whatever she told them, etc)...
