    found this spider on top of my duck pen,never seen one like it before,anyone have any idea what it is or is it common?

    I'd guess Araniella curcurbitina but I'll wait for moth man or one of the other experts to rule.

    That looks right; bright green orb weaver. They are common in Ireland on bushes and trees.
