HD format 1080p full HD

no 3d/internet wanted

so im doing ok as far as here

then its ask me do i want CRT LCD LED OLED OR PLASMA

what the hell does all that mean

which do i need for gaming on ps3 and soon to be ps4

Crt does not exist any more, oled is too expensive, so lcd or plasma all you need to deside, lcd is probably best all round

Most (not all ! Some cheaper ones still use CCF backlighting) LCD TVs use LED backlighting nowadays, the term LED TV is another lovely buzzword for the marketing men to play with.
