    Hey whats the story with the temporary surveillance cameras in Sligo seen 3 in town today, are they watching traffic, top Pearse road looking north, Lidl & Racecourse road ?

    I would say they are part of a traffic count survey. It's either cameras, induction loops, pneumatic tubes or real-time observational methods that are used.
