Filling up the driving licence form.

    Hi all, I passed my driving licence last Friday and I'm going to fill up the application form now. The form is: D401.

    I'm reading through the form now and wondering do I "tick" the boxes or mark them with an "X"? like in Gender, title etc.

    Also what else do I need to apply my my driving licence?

    have you read the instructions? it says tick.

    I did, but couldn't make head nor tale of it. I really hate this sort of thing as I find it hard to fill up these types of forms, that's why I created this thread...
